$100 a month
  • Check/replace HVAC filters 
  • Check/replace lightbulbs 
  • Check water softener, refill salt if necessary 
  • Check water heater pressure relief valve 
  • Check fire extinguishers
  • Test smoke detectors/replace batteries as necessary​​
  • Test locks
  • Check for leaks

  • Email reminders for seasonal maintenance
  • Filters, bulbs, and batteries for home systems included
  • No 2 hour minimum service charge on repair or upgrade projects
  • $5 per hour discount on repair and upgrade projects

Seasonal Plus Home Maintenance Plan

$300 a month
Includes Monthly Home Maintenance Plan above, plus:
Seasonal Fall Maintenance
  • Test GFCI outlets
  • Remove leaves against house and along walkways (not entire yard)
  • Inspect roof, heat tape, and clean gutters
  • Inspect HVAC system
  • Inspect windows and doors
  • Clean and inspect fireplace
Seasonal Winter Maintenance
  • Cover air conditioner
  • Check for ice dams
  • Clean interior drains
  • Reverse ceiling fans
  • Test sump pump if present
  • Clean garbage disposal
  • Clean vents and registers
  • Inspect bathroom grout and caulking
  • Replace kitchen hood filter
  • Inspect and repair window and door weather stripping
  • Clean refrigerator coils
  • Check appliances and replace appliance filters
Seasonal Spring Maintenance
  • Inspect roof
